Bashar's Iron Fist

Following his "iron fist" speech on Tuesday, today Syrian President Bashar al-Assad attended a rally in Damascus to express his love for the Syrian people (title link). Who is the chinless wonder trying to kid? Certainly not the Arab League observers. One of them, Anwar Malek, has already resigned, describing the mission as "a farce".
