Tonie Cox Missing

Surrey police have issued a badly overexposed photo (left) of a missing 15-year-old girl they are concerned about: Tonie Cox. With all the hi-tech facilities available to the police, I can't understand why they should release such a poor photo. It took me only a few minutes to lower the gamma level in XnView and produce this before-and-after image. Tonie might be in Hastings or London. CLICK to read more on BBC News.
